Making a quick ruffled edge....
Supplies:
Paper, Glue, and Crepe Paper Streamers
Paper, Glue, and Crepe Paper Streamers
1. Run a line of glue on the area you'd like your edge.
2. Tear a long strip of the streamer off and begin attaching to your line of glue, gathering as you go.
3. Done :)
