I was so inspired that I'm going to do another one!
I've got a list of 5 daily goals that I'm going to do for 21 days.
The goals are...
1.  do an *extra* house chore each day
2.  exercise (walk and wii)
3.  work on my art journal
4.  keep my internet use down
5.  if I bite it write in...and check in with

[a] pink life jacket

My layout was inspired by a sketch from the American Crafts blog...

Supplies from American Crafts
pattern paper: Pocketful of Sunshine from the Blue Skies collection; Mona Trimenez and Doris Spooler from the Craft Fair collection.
letter stickers: Roller Rink (taffy)
chipboard flower: Letterbox Pattern Chipboard
glitter button: from the Elegant collection
Other Supplies
ink: clearsnap colorbox (creamy brown)
embroidery floss: DMC
cardboard

The sketch (designed by Danielle Layton)...

To make the cardboard scalloped edge simply cut a piece of cardboard box to measure about 1 X 6 inches...

Rip off a layer of the cardboard paper...

Now freehand cut a scallop edge, cut with the smooth side up...
