Look up!

And then—then!—they'll see the Son of Man
welcomed in grand style—a glorious welcome!
When all this starts to happen, up on your feet.
Stand tall with your heads high. Help is on the way!"

Happy Monday :)

I made the first layout for a challenge
at Layle's fun!!!
The second is for my son's room...
he wanted me to make something
with his favorite bible verse.
I was really surprised to find
out his favorite scripture!

joy in strength

Behold, God, my salvation!
I will trust and not be afraid,
for the Lord God is my strength and song;
yes, He has become my salvation.
Therefore with joy will you draw
water from the wells of salvation.
I have been enjoying Isaiah 12
very much...God is just so
wonderful! He is a true healer :)
I wanted to create a *happy* page
Orange is this week's colour...
the picture is of my nephew, he's so fun!
Have a truly blessed weekend,
may you find much joy in the Lord!

Remembering is a Joy!

My Nan's memorial service is on Saturday afternoon.
Her life was such a blessing...i will celebrate it!
My Mom asked me to make a *memory book* for
family and friends to write it...I was honored.
I requested a song that has been a great comfort
to me the past few weeks and my family wants
to play it at the end of the service. It is called
Rise in the Darkness by Nathan Clark George.
God bless you with tons of love!!!

Hope Blooms...

Just wanted to share this
mini book i made for my Aunty Sue.
The book is a Maya Road board
book...i started out wanting to keep it
simple, then it started to *bloom*
and i had to use ribbon to keep it
together as the binding ripped!
All the flowers are Primas.
Have a truly blessed Thursday...
see you tomorrow :)

to remember

My Nan went home on Saturday morning.
The hospital (Cottonwoods) called my
Mom and Aunt early on Saturday morning.
They went down and held her.
She was covered in love and prayers.
We'll all miss her tons, she was truly one of a kind.
A blessing. A friend.
I went down on Friday to see her,
I wasn't going to go....I thought
"I'll go on Sunday".
I so felt God leading me to go...
I listened and was very blessed.
I sat there watching her, wanting to tell her
what she meant to me.
God said,
"Tell her she is a joy to you".
How could I say that without
crying like a baby.
As it quickly came time to say
good-bye, I bent down to give
her a kiss...and out popped...
"You are a joy to me".
Praise God, I was able to say it
clearly. I feel so blessed
that I got to tell her what she meant to me.
The sun was shinning that Friday....
I felt God's hope, and I trust
that I'll see her again.
This time it will
be forever.
Praise His wonderful name.

Even though...

I've been enjoying this scripture...
We're depending on God;
he's everything we need.
What's more, our
hearts brim with joy
since we've taken for our own
his holy name. Love us, God,
with all you've got—
that's what we're depending on.
Psalm 33:20 (The Message)
Have a very blessed weekend!

He always provides...

These all look to you
to give them food at
the proper time.
May the glory of the
Lord endure forever.
