Miscast

I've been up to Mission Hill Winery so many times
but I've never thought about the quote next to the bell.
Rarely does an outcast become a treasure.
It reminded me of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Isaiah 53 says...
He was despised and rejected-
a man of sorrows, acquainted with grief.
We turned our backs on Him and
looked the other way.
He was despised, and we did not care.

Jesus has become my treasure.
Dearer to me than the air I breather.
Keep Him close to your heart.
Listen to His soft voice.

In all thy ways acknowledge
Him, and He shall
direct they path.

I love your take on things - so fresh and inspiring. You inspire me to look at things in a different way, the way Jesus would want me to.

Thank-you

Thanks for the inspiring post this morning! Still amazed that this outcast, and deservidly so, has become His treasure. And He has become mine!
