I'm participating in a Kawaii (cute in Japanese) Cupcake swap over at Scrap In Style and for one of our items we had to make something cupcake! I had a wee panic but after a quick search in google I found Tiny Cupcakes! The second I saw this post I emailed and this morning Jill sent me the pattern and instructions!!!
